- Which page of our website you sent the request from
We also keep any emails or other messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and spam, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
How we use information

- To contact you by phone or email about your request
- To keep basic business records
- To keep our website secure and free of spam
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that receive what you send through our audit form so we can run our business:
- Cloudflare: hosts this website, stores audit requests in our form database and runs the spam check on the form.
- Resend: sends the email that notifies us of each new audit request. It keeps a copy of each email for 30 days.
- Google Workspace: our business email, where those notifications and your emails to us arrive.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you and keep accurate business records, and then delete them. Resend keeps its copy of each request email for 30 days.
How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Form submissions are stored in our Cloudflare database and emailed to our Google Workspace inbox through Resend. Only Conde Growth Co has access to our accounts with these providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

- To stop calls or emails, tell us when we call, reply to any email from us, or email hello@condegrowthco.com and ask us to stop.
- To see, correct or delete your information, email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
